To the Staff at Happy Days:

I just wanted to take a minute and let you all know how much you have meant to our family over the past 3 years.  It has been such a relief on a day-to-day basis knowing that my children are being cared for by people I can trust and who I’ve seen care for them almost as much as we do.  Makenzie has learned so much and I credit that to you.

It is with a heavy heart that we are pulling the kids out to stay at home full time, but at this time it is the best thing for our family.  I would change my mind in a heartbeat if I could.  I want to thank each and every one of you for caring and teaching my children so much.  You have been such a blessing to us.

Maybe someday, if circumstances change, they can return to the place they love so much, but in the meantime, I would love to stay in contact with you all.

Thank you, Valerie, Katie, Susan, Tracey and all the other Happy Days Staff.  My family is truly grateful to have found this care center.  We appreciate your understanding and most of all the care you gave to our Mia.  You have been an essential tool in her development and although she’ll likely not remember, her dad and I will.  We truly appreciate you all and thank you from the bottom or our hearts.

Thank you so much for getting Magnus and our family through to Kindergarten.  As a first time mom with an infant who left another daycare in a very unhappy way, Happy Days has been a life saver.  I know I have been an overbearing mom at times trying to ensure that Magnus is safe and happy while we work, you have all been very understanding and reassuring.  It has been great to be able to be involved and feel like his care is more of an extended family rather than a “center”.  Our son has grown into a bright and caring little boy with many friends and teachers he feels are like family.  The creating and growing preschool and pre-k have been so wonderful in allowing continuity and learning and we truly appreciate the great job you are doing.  While Kindergarten is starting in the fall, it is nice to know that Mags will have a bit of an easier transition into his new school when he knows he can return to see his friends and teachers for after school care.
